Privacy Policy
This notice explains how I process personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

2. Types of data processed
- Data you provide: name, email and message content sent via the contact form or email
- Browsing data: technical data, logs and IP address potentially processed in anonymized/aggregated form
- Cookies and similar tools: strictly necessary technical cookies and, where consent is required, analytics/measurement cookies
3. Purposes and legal bases
I process data to: (a) respond to enquiries and evaluate collaborations; (b) comply with legal obligations; (c) ensure security and prevent abuse; (d) measure site usage in aggregate. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) pre‑contractual/contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(c) legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for security and functionality, and — where required — Art. 6(1)(a) consent for non‑essential cookies/analytics.
4. Processing methods and security
Data is processed with appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, and limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.
5. Data retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary: contact requests up to 24 months; administrative/accounting records per statutory terms; security logs for limited periods. After expiry, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients and processors
I may share data with service providers acting as processors (e.g. hosting, email/productivity tools, aggregate analytics). An updated list is available upon request. Data is not publicly disclosed.
7. Non‑EU transfers
Where providers process data outside the EEA, transfers occur under GDPR Chapter V with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures).
8. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal) by emailing [email protected].
9. Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if you believe processing infringes the law.
10. Changes
